I realized that there are areas of my being that long to be more open, wild, free and crazy -- that long to expand into new methods and tools to help loosen up the areas of tightness or tension and that ultimately want to be seen. I would recommend NURTURE to anyone longing to see more of their own self-expression through new practices and offerings never done before. My time studying with Sufey and especially over the past 7 months in NURTURE has been transformative. Sufey truly embodies the practice of "leading by example". Her personal practice and dedication to illuminating the path of divine feminine power is an inspiration to say the least. Throughout this time, I have gained steadiness in my feet, confidence in my power, love for my being, and vision for my future. It has been an honor to be a part of this journey, and the gifts I am receiving from NURTURE have only just begun.

 "Nurture gave me the push that I sorely needed. For 18 months postpartum, I chose to be a stay-home mum, giving my all to raising my babe. When I returned to work on a part-time basis, I didn't get that job satisfaction that I thought I would, even though I had previously worked in this company with great passion and dedication for the past 11 years.

With the invitation to the Manipura challenge, a part of me sparked into life. Motherhood is not a chain. I still have lots to offer to the world. I can be a present mother AND start my own private practice at the same time. One thing led to another in a short span of 3 months. I became a parenting guide, one who's rooted in respectful discipline when coaching stressed-out parents back into a loving relationship with their child. I gave my first public presentation to 70+ audiences worldwide, parents who needed tips on how to resolve picky eating. From there, I rolled out an online course to teach parents how to work with picky eaters respectfully AND joyfully. I registered my business legally. Bit by bit, my client base is growing.

Looking back, I am a totally different woman as I was 3 months ago. It is not as simple as "Oh, she started a private practice." The transformation in me is from within. Embracing my gifts, stepping into my FULL power, I am in control of my time, my creations, my destiny. I am on fire, churning out course materials and business ideas with the little me-time I get from an active toddler :)

The Manipura chakra cycle in Nurture helped me realise that I need something MORE. That Manipura challenge dragged me out of a zombie state that I didn't even realised I was in. At a time when I thought I was too jaded to do anything else beyond mothering, Nurture stoked a fire in me to create my own branding. For the very first time in 11 years, Nurture gave me the courage to set the wheels of being self-employed going... to dream the dream of working less for more, to have the flexibility to unschool my daughter, to live a life with no "What-ifs" unturned."

Kundalini Kate would still be just an idea in my head if it wasn’t for Sufey. With the firm and loving guidance of Sufey and the unending inspiration and support from the sisters participating, I manifested my #1 goal, from VISIONARY, for 2021, through NURTURE: to teach kundalini yoga and meditation in person and virtually. Being in a circle of such diversely creative women is invaluable! Receiving feedback from numerous women about their experiences with design, marketing, technical support, and financial topics was eye opening and extremely informative. And that is such a small fraction of the dynamic conversation we have been sharing for 7 months!! It’s hard to convey the feeling of total trust, sweet surrender, and boundless love that this circle is. Women sharing their heartfelt desires, their vulnerable weaknesses, their triumphant successes; nothing is off limits or taboo. It has been a true honor to witness and to be a part of.

And if you thought that is all there is I haven’t even got to the core of the container…the internal inquiry sparked by Sufey’s sweet songs, poignant prompts, and masterful musings awakened me to many mysterious parts of myself. Wisdom, knowing, and truth that had always been waiting there for me to unearth.

Reflecting on my roots I addressed family trauma that occurred within my lifetime to clear stagnant energy, especially in the throat chakra. Sinking into the sacral I realized I want to be a voluptuous woman, in all facets of my life, so I took the sensual juice of this existence into my hands. Blazing into the solar plexus I accepted the challenge to begin making $ how I dreamed I would… and so on through the chakras.

I have found more of my true self and my voice through the reflections of my sisters. I am more embodied as my true self through the thoughtful self investigation and specialized physical practices offered up by Sufey. I now carry myself with humbled pride. I speak more resonantly. I feel more deeply, and I see clearer than ever. Thank you to all my sisters in the journey and especially to Sufey! You lead by living the example, as I do too, and I know that as I continue to show up as my authentic self my people will find me. This is just our beginning and I can not wait to see where we flow together. My heart overflows with gracious gratitude.
